Pro-1 Construction started with a simple idea: do the work right, show up when you say you will, and treat every homeowner's project like it's your own. Owner Matthew Miller built the company from the ground up — starting with roofing and siding work across central Iowa and growing into a full-service crew that handles everything from concrete to kitchen remodels.
What began as a one-truck operation has grown into a team that's completed over 500 projects across Iowa and seven surrounding states. The work ethic hasn't changed. Neither has the standard.

Most contractors specialize in one or two things and subcontract the rest. Pro-1 doesn't work that way. Our crew handles roofing, siding, windows, concrete, full interior remodels, flooring, landscaping, and more — all under one roof. That means fewer handoffs, fewer scheduling gaps, and one person accountable for the whole job.
We're based in Iowa but we travel. Our service area covers Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin, Texas, and Tennessee. If you're in the region and need the work done right, we'll come to you.
